We are growing internationally in Europe and are looking for a

to support our organizational development. After an onboarding phase you will be taking over the responsibility of our Human Resources function for our Budapest based Sourcing Center and the other European countries we are operating in (Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, France, UK, Eastern Europe, Nordics). The following tasks will be part of this position:
- Coordinating and developing the content of our Training and Development Programs
- Organizing and executing regular training modules for our dynamic and growing teams
- Designing new training modules on soft skills and engagement topics
- Individually coaching and developing our leadership teams
- Coordinating and executing new recruitments with the support of our Sourcing Center
- Onboarding and coaching new hires
- Overseeing and evaluating individual career development tracks
- Coordinating our annual Performance Reviews
- Implementing an internal recognition and reward culture
- Administrating HR tasks in collaboration with our external accounting and payroll partners
This position is focusing highly on organizational development and requires an experienced, reliable and internationally open-minded Human Resources personality who wants to work with our talented people from different European countries in a dynamic environment.
We see this position at an employment level of 50%; arrangements on working times are flexible and can be organized along other private obligations of the successful candidate. The position will be located in our Budapest Sourcing Center.
We are looking for a passionate HR person with at least several years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in successfully organizing development programs both on company and also individual level is a must. A solid business acumen in all HR topics and a high level of independency and self organisation in delivering on all responsibilities in the HR function is also required.
Fluent English and Hungarian is essential; another European language would be a plus.
