Reporting and Performance Analyst (Integrated Facilities Management)

Role summary:

The Position is responsible for supporting the Strategic Partnership with Operational Performance Measurement, Statistical Analysis, Benchmarking and the Compilation of Associated Reports / Presentations and General Administration. It is therefore essential that you deliver a best in class Performance Management & Reporting Service resulting in clear, concise Management Information (MI) that enables the successful planning and operational delivery of the business to exemplary standards.


Your Responsibilities:

·        Setting, monitoring and continuous review of the service delivery standards across the Partnership within set SLAs. 

·        Take responsibility for the day-to-day collation, compilation and delivery of Performance and Benchmarking information into a concise digestible form using various tools to an advanced level, such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project and Survey Monkey.

·        Set and document Performance Standards and Operational Protocols for the delivery of the Performance, Reporting & Administration service

·        Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of all Reports and Analysis of such, within the agreed scope by understanding the business objectives and challenges and how this works within the EMEA portfolio. 

·        Establish and maintain a strong positive customer services relationship which will involve regular contact with very demanding internal customers to ensure that expectations are being met.

·        Subject Matter Expert for Performance Statistics, Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Analysis, Benchmarking and Reporting Presentation Solutions 

·        Planning and implementing a Best-in-Class Performance Management & Reporting Strategy, specifically focusing on Value for Money and Cost Reduction initiatives

·        Provide Management reports in the agreed format to the team 

·        Identification, development and management of key client relationships to deliver client satisfaction by manage issue resolution; escalate as required

·        Development and ongoing maintenance of internal and external Sharepoint sites to be used  as a centralised communication tool for multiple external companies and client facing data gathering.

·        Proactive commercial modeling to support bids and current performance of the IFM service line.


Your profile:

Financial knowledge:

·        Practical working knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to review and analyse complex financial / business reports / data and develop innovative solutions, as well as experience in conducting analysis/due diligence in terms of contract performance Reasoning ability:  

·        Demonstrate an ability to solve complex problems and deliver a variety of options in complex situations. 

·        Requires a sound level of analytical and quantitative skills Qualifications: A Graduate Business Analyst with a relevant qualification at degree level or equivalent experience 

·        Management Qualification (MBA)

·        Experience of working within a Facilities Management environment with responsibility for Performance Measurement, Benchmarking & Reporting SLA’s & KPI’s together with general administration

·        A knowledge of the facilities and property management industry

·        Excellent communication and engagement skills

·        Numeracy and computer literacy

·        A good understanding of the requirements of creating, maintaining and improving an effective management system.

·        Good knowledge of English and local language, both verbal and non -verbal, one other language would be advantageous but is not a must.

·        Excellent knowledge of SharePoint,  Excel and Power BI or similar reporting tools
