For our office in Budapest, we are currently looking for an

Executive Assistant & Team Coordinator

Role summary:

You will be reporting to the EMEA team head and play a central role in coordinating key activities in our team and develop social activities between the various offices. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and multinational team learning a fast-growing business area in consulting. 

 

Your Responsibilities:

·         Provide PA support to team head (organise agenda, manage key meetings, etc.) 

·         Manage weekly skill line team meetings and calls, take note of actions and follow up

·         Keep track of team members’ vacation and travels

·         Occasionally provide temporary travel support to team 

·         Provide the team with assistance to expense reports

·         Take the lead in organising annual team events and other social initiatives

 

Your profile:

·         Bsc/Msc degree preferred, but not a requirement

·         1-2 years working experience

·         Excellent verbal and written skills in English

·         Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

·         Exceptional organisation and time management skills

·         Reliability, strong work ethics, ability to manage confidential information

·         Proactive mind-set and the ability to work autonomously

·         Team player with very positive, communicative attitude
